Expert User.Has fully operational command of thelanguage：appropriate，accurate and fluent with complete understanding.      

成績極佳，能將英語運用自如，精確、流利并能完全理解。      

雅思口語評分：8 分      

Very good User. Has fully operational command of the language with onlyoccasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriateness.Misunderstandings mayoccur unfamiliar situations.Handles complex detailed argumentation well.      

非常良好，能將英語運用自如，只是偶爾不連貫或用詞不當，在不熟悉的狀況下可能出現誤解，對爭論復雜細節掌握得相當好。      

雅思口語評分：7 分      

Good User.Has operational command of the language，though withoccasional inaccuracies，inappropriateness and misunderstandings insomesituations.Generally handles complex language well and understands detailedreasoning.      

良好，有能力運用英語，雖然在某些情況下有時會發生不準確、不適當和誤解，大致掌握復雜的英語，也理解其全部內容。

雅思口語評分：6 分      

Competent User.Has generally effective command of the language despitesome inaccuracies，inappropriateness and misunderstandings。 Can use andunderstand fairly complex language，particularly in familiar situations.  

(澳大利亞 移民 、英國 留學 分數線)及格，雖然有不準確、不適當和誤解發生，但大致能有效地運用英語，能使用并理解相當復雜的英語，特別是在熟悉的情況下。      

雅思口語評分：5 分      

Modest User.Has partial command of the language，coping with overallmeaning in most situations，though is likely to make manv mistakes.Should be ableto handle basic communication in own field.      

( 加拿大移民 、新西蘭移民分數線)適當及格，可部分運用英語，在大多數情況下可應付全部的意思，雖然可能犯下許多錯誤，在本身領域內應可掌握基本的溝通。    

雅思口語評分：4 分        

Limited User. Basic competence is limited to familiar situations.Hasfrequent problems in understanding and expression.Is not able to use complexlanguage.      

(英國預科分數線)水平有限，只限在熟悉的狀況下有基本的理解力，在理解與表達上常發生問題，無法使用復雜英語。      

雅思口語評分：3 分      

Extremely Limited User. Conveys and understands only general meaning invery familiar situations. Frequent breakdowns in communication occur.      

水平極有限，在極熟悉的情況下，只能進行一般的溝通理解。      

雅思口語評分：2 分      

Intermittent User.No real communication is possible except for the mostbasic information using isolated words or short formulae in familiar situalionsand to meet immediate needs.Has great difficulty understanding spoken andwritten English.      

只臺目禺爾使用英語，除非在熟悉的情況下能使用單詞和簡短的短句表達最基本的信息，在說寫方面有重大的障礙。      

雅思口語評分：1 分        

Non User. Essentially has no ability to use the language beyond possiblya few isolated words.      

不能通過，可能只能說幾個單詞，無法溝通。
